Quality Assurance
Anti-Friction only applies certified, approved coating suppliers, and we perform quality checks throughout the application process. We start by inspecting each container before set-up, ensuring that the paint that is ready for application matches your order. Our Quality Assurance technicians only approve the final output for packing if the product meets our standards. Our labeling, storage, logistics and computer tracking systems keep us well-organized, ensuring a well-established FIFO system. We neatly stock our facilities with coatings in demand, and our trucks arrive just in time.
We are specialists in applying high-performance zinc-rich, corrosion-protective and decorative coatings. Anti-Friction has multiple coating application systems with pre-treatment to fit many sizes and styles of parts. Statistical process control ensures that your product always receives exactly the specified coating applied correctly.

Our plant, including a 63,000-sq.-ft. facility in Brampton, Ontario and a 38,000-sq.-ft. facility in Etobicoke, Ontario, feature the latest technology in processing equipment, robotics and paint machines. Both facilities employ highly advanced state-of-the-art automated pretreatment equipment, finishing and cure capabilities to process recess head fasteners and other complicated geometry parts with minimal to no paint build up in critical areas.
All of Anti-Friction’s coating systems are chromium free and environmentally friendly.
