Anti-Friction is a leader in the application of various zinc-rich, corrosion-resistant organic coatings on fasteners and small stampings for both the automotive and non-automotive industries. We specialize in dip/spin application in which the parts are placed in a mesh basket, submerged in the coating solution and spun centrifugally to remove and recover the excess coating material.  Dip/spin systems are most advantageous in bulk coating for small parts such as nails, screws, nuts, bolts, clamps, clips, springs and stampings.

A pretreatment of the parts with Zinc Phosphate is usually a prerequisite for the application of the coatings and Anti-Friction is in possession of the state of the art machinery for this process.

The Magni Engineered Organic Coating Systems applied by Anti-Friction have gained international recognition for their excellence in durability, corrosion protection, frictional properties and consistency in torque. Anti-Friction is capable of applying a variety of other coatings such as Aquaphos and Fluorocarbon. The coatings applied by Anti-Friction meet or exceed automotive and OEM specifications.  Anti-Friction is in the possession of many modern state-of- the-art paint machines for the application of these coatings.

All coating systems used at Anti-Friction are Chromium free and environmentally friendly.

Anti-Friction was registered to QS 9000 since 1997 and is now registered to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
